Help. My ipod adopts my father's iphones ID,

Help: I have an ipod, my father has an iphone.

We share the same computer to log into our seperate accounts on i-Tunes.

When I set up my ipod using my appleID, it shows that it is mine, but when I want to update Apps, it shows my father's ID. Even though settings>itunes&Apps show my ID ???

The other part of this is that when I take photographs they end up on his camera roll and visa versa.

He doesn't want me sharing his App account.

Can anyone solve this for us please. I can't imagine this is the first time this problem has happened.

- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.

- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

Thus, you have some app that need updating that were purchased with your Father's account. Either:

Not update his apps

- Get the password and update them

- Delete them and purchases with your account.

For photos, it seems like yo are both using the aame iCloud account and have PhotoStream turned on in Settings>iCloud>Photos

Or, he has shared Photos turned on in the same place.

I clicked the wrong button. The first part has solved the problem and I will sort out the next bit when I catch up with dad
