Create a feed using .cfm file

We have a feed with subscribers that we do not want to loose. Since the original feed file is gone, we can no longer update the feed.

The feed used to be output by a .cfm file. We have redesigned the site and no longer use .cfm files. In fact, I have no idea how to author a .cfm file.

Would someone be so kind to provide an example of a .cfm file that outputs an iTunes podcast feed. My thought is that if I can create a valid feed using a .cfm file in the original location that I will be able to regain control of the podcast.

Thanks in advance!

I can't help you with cfm files as I know nothing at all about them. If you still have access to the server, can you just create a straighforward feed and upload that manually, making sure that it has the same URL? This page on making podcasts may help:

The bottom part of this page tells you how to move the Store to using a different feed while retaining your subscribers, provided you have access to a feed at the original URL.

Failing that, your only option will probably be tocreate a new feed with a different URL, and then to email Support and ask them to move the Store to using the new feed. Give them the iTunes Store page URL and the URLs of both feeds. However when they do this though the Store will transfer your subscribers won't.
