Hi,
I have been trying to use the sampler of Garage band on my iPhone 4S, but I can't find it.
Can someone please tel me how to do that and if it is supported?
Its not in the instruments list from what I can find.

What is your GarageBand version?
The sampler is part of the in-app purchase in GarageBand 2.0 - see this Support Document:

With a one-time in-app purchase, you can add Guitar Amp, Smart Keyboard, Smart Bass, Smart Strings, Smart Drums, Sampler, and a total of 157 preset sounds. The purchased instruments appear in the Touch Instrument browser after you purchase them.
