add broadcast radio station
How do I add a broadcast radio station to Apple TV? It seemed to do it before automatically from previous versions of iTunes.
I am not talking about iTunes Radio!
This is the Radio that is on Apple TV (2nd gen) before iTunes Radio was added.
There is an Internet option under Music at the top of LIBRARY. But it is just a defauilt list of stations (chosen by who?). Note this same list also shows Radio (which is iTunes Radio) too. It is Internet stream broadcast radio (NPR, local, overseas, internet only) that is what I refer to here.
Confused yet? Apple needs to clarify this naming scheme way better… Maybe the billions spent on Beats will help.
There also seems to be no way to add a station to your favorites list in Radio on Apple TV Radio (again NOT iTunes Radio!)
Forexample, there is a great jazz station out of Soul, Korea I would like to add.
station address for adding: http://jazzlounge.kr/listen.pls
And on Apple TV Radio there is a favorites list that did (at one time) come/sync/get from my iTunes. But, it is now out of date. I'd like to add this station, some others, and remove some (dead) internet radio stations. It turns out, it is easy to remove a station from Apple TV.
Adding a streaming station so you can select it in Apple TV Radio for playing (no OSX or iOS needed) remains a mystery!
