Updated to latest version of iTunes now comes up with windows error(127) please help?

I have updated to the new 11.02 iTunes but once restarted after updating it says a file error and error windows (127).

I have uninstalled iTunes and everything to do with it such as: Apple software update, bonjour, Apple mobile and apple app support.

After it was all uninstalled I then reinstalled but still says there is the same error, I can't sort out any music or apps with out it on my laptop. Please help? Will be very greatful if anybody knows how to get it up and running again. PC is Windows vista

Hi, had same issue with windows 8,1, I had to uninstall all apple soft, delete all the folders including this one: C:\users\(name of user)\appdata\roaming\apple cumputer, and after reinstalled everything, than it worked.
