May 20, 2014 1:25 PM in response to Chotsaengby may101980,I have same issue. Brand new iMac, latest OS, already have full working version of Logic 9. It cannot download. Says error downloading, go to purcahses and try again. This is after downloading anywhere from 10 seconds to 4 minutes. Been happening for 24 hours now and still no reply from Apple tech support. Seriously!? We pay $200 for this **** thing and it can't even download, let alone any problems that come with install if this is any indicator

May 21, 2014 10:58 AM in response to may101980by The Art Of Sound,You called them or choose the telephone support option?
Did you fill out the correct support form?
They normally answer/return calls within 5 minutes of the time you call/request.....
https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action
Choose Apps and Software from the menu...
Then choose Pro Apps...
Then choose Logic Pro
Then choose "Downloading and installing Purchased Mac Apps"
Finally choose "Call Apple Support Later", fill out the short form and then call...

May 21, 2014 2:14 PM in response to The Art Of Soundby The Aztec,Ok, so i'm having this same issue. I've tried everything The Art Of Sound has recommended in several forum responses. I've made all the proper adjustments in Enery Saver, verified the disk and disk permissions in Disk Utility, made sure all other apps were closed, signed out and back in to the App Store, no 3rd party firewall enabled, internet connection is getting a steady 13 mbps download, and I have no cap on bandwidth or file size from my ISP. On top of that I just did a clean install of Mountain Lion before purchasing LPX, (yes, I also installed the latest update for the OS). Same thing. Starts to download, then the number of mb downlaoded starts jumping backward and forward, and eventually the download fails.
As if that isn't frustrating enough, I did went to the support portion of the Apple site and filled out the Call Later form. I've called twice and both times the automated voice is telling me I have to pay $19 for a one-time support session or something. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON, OR HOW TO ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH A HUMAN AT APPLE???

May 21, 2014 4:23 PM in response to The Art Of Soundby The Aztec,That's what I did earlier. Guy gets on the phone, I tell him I need help with Logic Pro and then he starts asking for my computer serial number. i'm thinking what in the world do you need that for...i'm calling about an app.
Anyhow, thank you for trying to get me pointed in the right direction. I was able to schedule a Genius Bar appointment this evening at my Apple local store. Will post the outcome...
