Does the Mac provide a file sync capability similar to free file sync?

I'm investigating methods for syncronizing files between multiple locations from a single Mac. I know there is rsync at the command level, but I'd like a nice UI.

For background, I keep an archive of documents on a NAS server, which is mounted on my Mac. For both data protection and access to the data when not connected to the NAS, I'd like to sync the files between my Mac and the NAS.

I'm currently using FreeFileSync, but unfortunately they've added something called "installmac" to collect my web searches to throw me ads. I've removed installmac, but would like a solution that I don't need to worry about reinstalling it.

I usually find that the Mac has what I need in some manner, it's just a matter of finding it. Any thoughts?

Thanks Greg

Neither OS X nor OS X Server provides integrated synchronization, though there are folks using iCloud to this end.

Some of the other usual search keywords / options / approaches / alternatives available and that've been discussed around the forums: DropBox. Tri-Backup. Synk or Synk Pro or ChronoSynk. rsync / arsync. OwnCloud (close, but...) Bittorrent synch. SugarSync. Various clients using github or bitbucket (DVCS) for storage. Folder Synch, Synch Folders Pro, etc.
