iphone 5 and iphone 4s Not detected/not visible in itunes player
Hi! I am using iphone 5, and tried to plug it into a new windows pc, but it was not detected on the itunes player, can some one help me how to detect it. thanks

Have you installed the latest version of iTunes? First of all, I want to make sure you are able to see the Menu bar and the Sidebar in the iTunes window.
