iTunes Crashes When I Connect My iPhone 5S ???

When I launch iTunes it works fine, but when I connect my iPhone to iTunes suddenly it freezes and crashes saying "iTunes has stopped working". This is causing alot of problems. I have tried the following threads for help but nothing seems to work:

Im hoping there is someone who has had this problem and has overcome it and can help me out with what should be done ??
