Q: how can I access my play list on itunes in cloud through my iphone?

How can I access my music play list which is on my somputer itunes library through cloud on my ipone? I have cloud set up on my computer, iphone and ipad.

If the music was purchased from Apple, open the iTunes Store, navigate to the Purchased section and download on to your phone. For future downloads you can enable automatic downloads:
