How to check my iPhone is a brand new or used one?

I just bought an iPhone 4s from online store (lazad*),

but when I check the IMEI with https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do it shows that my iphone 4s "Telephone Technical Support" and "Repair and Service Coverage" both is expired.

Is that mean that my iPhone 4s is a used one? Isn't all brand new iPhone supposed to be still have an active Service and Support Coverage from Apple Suport?

Yes you're right. All new phones have coverage. This device doesn't sound new at all.

Yes as the warranty has expired it means your iphone is more than 12 months old.

All new iphones get 12 months service and support from Apple.

You get Telephone support for 90 days. (In the UK)

You need to enter your serial number not your imei number on that warranty checker.
