Q: Kernel Panic Help (decipher log)

Hello, please can somebody decipher my kernel panic log?

Mackbook 2010

Snow Leopard 10.6.8

I get a kernal panic whenever i exit champion select on League of Legends (it only occures when i play this game). After troubleshooting (safeboot, diskrepair), I predict that it has to do with the interaction between the League Mac Client and my computer.

I want to upgrade to mavericks, however if there is a problem with my computer i'd like to have that fixed first.
