Q: iMac or Mac Mini?

Going to be editing video using Adobe Premiere and After Effects and using Ableton Live for music. Will also be using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and possibly Flash. Should I go with an iMac or Mac Mini?

MacPro would be best. Otherwise the iMac.

The MacMini has pretty low end graphics card and you need a strong GPU to make the Adobe apps fly.

Yeah, MacPro would be ideal, but I'm ballin on a budget. You'd go iMac over the Mac mini with an upgraded graphics card?

The mini comes with basic graphic capabilities. If you want to take advantage of Adobe's Mercury Engine, you need a serious graphic card.

Do some research on the Adobe Creative Cloud requirements and choose the computer that works best.
