How can I get an unwanted person off of my gamecenter?

I've been playing clash if clans just fine and all of a sudden I keep seeing another device is connecting to this village and I realized the only way they can do that and have my progress is that they had to have gotten into my gamecenter.

Is there anyway to get that person out of my gamecenter and my clash if clans account???

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1
