iTunes offers "complete my album" but nothing happens when I click on the button

I tried to purchase an album of which I own one song and was offered a offer to complete my album. When I click on the 'complete my album button" it returns with the same price and when I click that button the same thing happens again; I'm offered the opportunity to complete my album. A

Any suggestions?
