I just did a port scan with grc.com and almost all the ports show up as closed with only a few stealth. I tried to find the option to turn of SNMP in Logging and Statistics as described elsewhere in the forums but that option is not present in firmware version 7.7.3 in the latest Airport extreme router.

Is there anyway to make all the ports look stealth other than port forwarding to a null ip address?
Not on an AirPort Base Station, no. Here is a link to another discussion I had some time ago on the subject.
