Can the iphone 5s record 60 fps videos?

I know it can record 120 fps videos for slow motion, but I would like to record 60 or 120 fps videos at normal speeds. Is this possible? Thanks!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1

if you do want to record 60 fps footage currently, you (or a friend of yours) must be able to compile and deploy apps on your iPhone.

Thanks, its quite unfortunate that I'm just a casual user and I've got no time to learn this technical stuff. Hope Apple gets this feature to us soon without too much hassle.
