Q: Pages update font error issue

I upgraded to the latest pages. It no longer has Calibri font. Every time I open any document I get a message telling me the font is not available and it forces me to acknowledge it before I can open the document. It happens on every document.

It is not Pages. You have changed your System to Mavericks, OSX 10.9.3.

Calibri is not a Mavericks font, it is a Microsoft font.

Did you have MsWord installed on your last System? If you reinstall any Microsoft software you probably will have Calibri installed with them.

Thank you...I will try those suggestions. I would be happy if the program would just stop alerting me. I don't really need the font. I have hundreds of documents that were created in MS Word years ago. This was not a problem for three years until I agreed to the Pages upgrade. Now it alerts me each time I open any document. You would think it would only alert you the first time you open the document....not so...if you open the document 100 times, it alerts you each time and you must acknowledge it. Ugh
