How to put "Documents" folder onto dock?

Past posts are based on the older running system and I can't seem to fix my problem by looking them up. My documents folder is really important cause I use it every day (student here). I'd love it back 😟

The documents show up in "all my files" on the right side, but I would like it back under the left "favorites" column.

Edit: I actually lost my documents folder because I tried to "drag" it down to my dock. Is there any way to do this without losing it? 🙂
I found a friend who revived my documents back to the finder sidebar. Now I just need it up front and center on my dock!
