The audio on my apple tv is not working properly. Only music and sound effects. I cannot hear the dialogue. If I turn it all the way up the music is blasting and still cannot hear the words.

if you in the appletv settings have chosen surround without having surround speakers connected then when you stumble across something which is in surround then most audio will be played out of speakers that you have not connected this will 100% match what you are describing
my apple tv audio: the music is loud but the actors speech is not audible.
