Q: iphone 4s ios7 sync session failed to finish. won't sync my music help!

Hi there i really hope someone can help!

I have just plugged my new iphone 4s into my laptop (running windows 8.1) and restored it to factory settings which also updated it to the lastest version (ios7). Please note my itunes is the latest verison as well.

However when i try to sync my music it says ' iphone could not be synced because the sync session failed to finish'

It will sync apps but not music...

I have tried and had no luck (it has not worked)

restarting my iphone and laptop

unticking sync music and syncing, then ticking sync music then syncing (same error pops up)

updating my devices (itunes and pihone now have latest stystems)

PLEASE HELP I NEED MUSIC!
