Q: Uploading creative from iAD Producer to Workbench

Hi All,

 

We're currently having issues uploading the creative our client produced into the Advert, we're told the format can only be jpg, png or gif.

    I have exactly the same issue!! ***?? Appears as though Apple is controlling who can make use of iAd Producer ads... which is really messed up considering they make it seem as though iAd Producer is available to anyone.  They don't mention anywhere that you can spend hours or days working on an ad with iAd Producer and then not be able to do anything at all with it when your finished! What a complete waste of time!

    iAd Producer 4.2 was released today, and I see one of its key features is uploading projects to iAd Workbench. Is that what you need?

    Once the iAd is uploaded through iAd Producer to Workbench, where do you go to retrieve it? I have several campaigns ready to go live, but the uploaded and newly created iAds are nowhere to be seen.
