Install printer on iPad
Where do I find add printer to my iPad

There isn't an 'add printer' option. If your printer supports AirPrint then you shouldn't need to do anything extra, if it's connected to the same wifi network as your iPad then it should be recognised - the models that support AirPrint, and some troubleshooting for it, is on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4356
If your printer doesn't support AirPrint then check to see if the printer manufacturer has an app in your country's app store that supports it, otherwise there are third-party printer apps such as PrintCentral Pro and Print n Share which might work with it
