How do I use different templates in a concert? I want to use pedalboard configuartions varying with 1-4 pedals but when I import the layout I have to use four pedals in every configuration. Can I import different templates and use them in the same concert?

In Mainstage, the Layout is fixed for the whole Concert.
You could always un-map the pedal screen controls for those that you are not using.
