cannot send mail since update on Friday but can receive?

What does Mail/Window/Connection Doctor Show? If the server is red, select it and look at the Show Details box.

Thanks connection doctor is showing green and can recreate email account on windows machine and it works fine

Did you try rebuilding the mailboxes as the article suggested?
