What to do with iPhone 4s with blue screen
My iPhone 4s screen has blue and black lines all going down it. Is there a way to fix this?

You can try the standard user troubleshooting steps as outlined in the manual - reset, restore, restore as new.
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)
Was the phone dropped or otherwise damaged? If so, and it's a hardware problem, these procedures may not help, and you may have to have it looked at by the techs at the Genius bar.
