how to record your iphone screen without jailbreak

Hi Team

I am having an app from which I want to record iPhone screen video .I want to know is it possible or not .If possible give me some idea how to implement the same from my end.I also want to know when the app will take the screen video it has to be come into background and in background it would be able to execute it's code.Please let me know whatever the answer will be because it's very urgent to me.

No app that I know of that can do that. One workaround is to use an app like Reflector to mirror your iPhone screen to a Mac or PC, and then record the computer screen.

To solve this question with the progressions made since the original question started for the benefit of any other people searching the same topic: with Yosemite, it is ridiculously simple to record your iOS devices screen using QuickTime and the lightning cable.

I don't know if it's too late, but I used Reflector by AirSquirrels and it worked real well for my needs. It's not free (like $13), but it captures video streaming over airplay by making your computer in to a device capable of receiving airplay streams. http://www.airsquirrels.com/reflector/
