Q: How can I remove myself from a group iMessage

I've seen this asked on the internet and it is the most annoying thing ever! There has to be a way to remove yourself from a group message.

It starts out fine, then people start having personal convo's that don't pertain to the group after a while. Please tell me someone has a solution.

Additional Information
It is not possible to remove yourself from a group message.
To add or remove recipients, you must create a new group message conversation.
