Q: IPad Air

My husband just got a brand new iPad Air can u tell me why when I have got him hooked to the wifi so that he is connected why it will not let him create an Apple ID so he can't get on the web .Does he have to be synced with iTunes first

Please help husband very impatient

Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities.

First, you can use a Roadrunner email address for the username as long as it isn't associated with another Apple ID.
