Q: Outlook for Mac 2011 repeatedly asks for password to my BlueHost email. Outlook says the password is incorrect, but the password is never changed.
We are using Outlook 2011 for Mac on OS X Version 10.8.8. We have IMAP email service through BlueHost. Just about everyday, Outlook says that the BlueHost password is incorrect and asks if we would like to re-enter it. When this started, we would enter the password and ask that the password be saved in Keychain. But this question keeps popping up just about everyday. How do we get Outlook to keep this password permanently so we are not prompted for the password anymore?
