Removing yellow spots using Color?

Hi,

I'm using Final Cut Pro 7, Color 1.5.

I have a video shot in a hotel conference room using a medium quality camera. There is a speaker, and for large oarts of teh video, the camera is zoomed in on him. There are many yellow spots over the speakers face, as well as in the background, most visible on darker colors. Is there any way to remove these? If I simply change the color using the color wheels, the color of the spots changes, but they are still there. Any idea on how to fix this?

I'm still relatively new to FCP and Color, but usually take directions well. 🙂
