sudden issues with profile manager / wiki server / Collabauthd

I have a fully updated ML server and it has been running without issue until this week. I noticed that I was unable to log into the wiki page, it hangs on the loading screen forever. I also tried clicking the profile manager link which loads until the redirect url (http://xxxxxxxxxx/auth?redirect=http://xxxxxxxxxxx/devicemanagement/api/authenti cation/callback) where again it hangs forever.

I'm seeing several errors in the logs relating to collabd and collabauthd which I believe are relatived to permissions

I've repaired permissions and rebooted but this had no affect. I make a daily CCC clone of the server boot drive, so I boot into this and found it was all working without issue, so I performed a block level clone back to the original boot drive, but the issue was still there!

I also tried restoring the clone using disk utility and again it wasn't working.

So I'm left with a working backup that I can't restore to the main drive, any ideas?
