Q: cancel iTunes match subscriptions

I can't change the country of my iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store account - http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5375 - Apple says you just have to wait until it expires, but maybe you can contact iTunes support and see if they can accelerate the process.  It would be annoying if you had to wait a whole year.
