Bonjour iChat not working?

We have an iMac and a Mini both running Snow Leopard (10.6) that are about 20 feet apart. Yesterday Bonjour allowed us to iChat, but today though both computers say 'Available' neither recognizes the other and iChat isn't possible.

Any suggestions?
