Q: I cannot open Mail

I am unable to open my Mail. I chose "quit Mail" under the File menu to see if that would refresh things but it hasn't. Anyone?

Hello pattyant,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

Is Mail showing that it's open in the dock? If so, you might need to force quit Mail as it could be unresponsive.
