Q: i have a mini with a broken dvd player writer and want to use the dvd player/writer on my mirror door G-4.  How can i do  it?

i want to use the Dvd player in my mirror door with my mac mini, and, use the mirror door hard drives for storage with the mac mini.  I cant get the mini to recognize the mirror door.  How do i hook them up? What cables will i need?

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2), G4 mirror door
