quota reached on iCloud for calendar

I miss calendar activities on my iphone (that are on my mac) and icloud says something like that the quouta has been reached. But, I have 5GB of space left on icloud so it should not be storage problems.

Do I have to many calendar activities or what is it? What to do? How to set this up.
