Q: 2013 MacPro Multi-VGA display problem

Hi everybody, sorry for my bad English.

Could somebody please tell me that what is the maximum VGA output nos. of new 2013 MacPro by using miniDP->VGA adapters?

miniDP->VGA adapters are active or passive?

I am trying to output at least 4-6 VGA outputs, is there any solution?

Many thanks!

    VGA adopters are active.

    10. What is the difference between an active adapter and a passive adapter?

An active adapter can convert a signal from one connector to another. The Apple Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI and Apple Mini DisplayPort to VGA adapters are active adapters. A passive adapter acts as a pass-through from one connector type to another and does not convert a signal. The Apple Mini DisplayPort to DVI adapter is an example of a passive adapter.

This is not clear with regard to number of active adopters tht can be used

It implies that you could have six VGA mointors

I still have three monitors (all 100p or less) on mine:

    - One HDMI

    - One mini display port to display port

    - One mini display port to VGA
