I live over seas and I frequently use the Magic Jack app and texting app to call/text home for free and I would like to fix this problem soon so I don't use all my phone data too quickly, please and thank you.

settings - general - reset - reset network settings -on your iphone.
I tried that and it still isn't working. My phone is connecting to other wifi connections just fine but for some reason it just won't connect to mine. I've even tried rebooting my router and my phone and still nothing.
If you're phone is connecting to other wifi, then the issue is with your router and not iphone.
That's what I was thinking at first but all my other devices connect to it fine.

Looks like IOS 8.3 fixed this problem on iPhone 4 & 4S (according to the release notes. I just installed iOS 8.3)
I recently changed my wifi password and now my iphone4 won't connect to it at all. I've tried the new password and then I changed it back to the old wifi password and it still won't connect. Any solutions?
