Itunes 11.2.1 won't airplay with airport express!!

The same goes for iTunes 11.2.1 on 10.9.3. And it's not the first time, either. In fact, I've lost count of the number of times a software update has broken Airplay. It's immensely frustrating. If past experience is anything to go by, they'll fix it in a few months' time but until then there's nothing we can do about it. Unless someone can tell me I'm wrong?

I have the same problem too. I'm currently using a work-around with the the Airfoil software that I normally use to stream Spotify to my Airport Express. It will also stream iTunes.

As it works fine with Airfoil, it's obviously an iTunes issue.

I've been on to the phone about this to Apple. Seems my Macafee internet security was causing the problem as it had set the firewall as public rather than home network. Changing this solved the problem.
