When i switch on my MacBook a folder with an interrogation mark appears, then a planet with a message that says apple.com/support-2006F
Hello, I tried to reset my laptop and when i turned it on a folder with an interrogation mark on it; i pressed "alt" as i was told, but what happened then was that i had to choose a wifi connection and after it connected, appears a globe with an exclamation mark and beneath it it says: Apple.com/support -2006F
MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
