Does using tongbu gives virus??

Tongbu is an illegal hack that allows you to perpetrate theft against Apple and the independent developers whose apps you steal.

Not only would it be foolish to use this app simply by nature of the fact that it is illegal and immoral, but you would be trusting and running an app created by a criminal. Do you really think you should trust such an app?

Since it's not available from Apple's app store, the only way that you can use it is if your iPad is jailbroke. Jailbroke iPads can easily get viruses.

The Tongbu app for iOS does not have viruses, however the program 'Tongbu assistant that you must download to install the cracked apps does have viruses which can harm your computer. So don't use Tongbu! Also like everyone else says, it's illegal

From what I've been able to tell, it doesn't require jailbreaking but, it also seems to involve intellectual property theft and copyright violations.
