Hi, I installed VLC 2.1.4 on my Mac running latest OS X.
I clicked Local Area Network, then UPnP but my DLNA server folder/content does not show up. I also have an Android Settop box, which browses, plays the content from same DLNA server no problem at all.
So anyone knows should I do some specific configure for the VLC to have it working on MAC?
MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2009), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
could it be that the firewall is not set to allow the app access ?
Maybe, I will try to see inside the firewall tonight.
Fixed. Thanks 🙂 Firewall was configured to block all incoming traffic
