Telecommunications digi center here, nothing can not help me! So before you bother to customer service! I use 'find my i phone' can not find my phone! I hope you can help me find my phone!
My question:
1) If you can not find my phone, I can ask your company shut down my phone? Forever? Because I do not want others to use my phone
2) What I want to prepare the file? I was really prove that the phone user! (I was really being bad guys grab)

You are not speaking with Apple when you post here. These are user-to-user technical support forums.

In any case, as to your questions:

1) No, Apple cannot locate your phone if the Find My iPhone service does not, nor can Apple shut down or otherwise block your phone. If you set up Find My iPhone before it was stolen, though, and had a screenlock passcode set, then no one will be able to use your phone. See:

2) I don't know what you mean by "prepare the file". Can you explain further?
