can't hear music
can't hear music off my iphone but i can hear call & etc.? HELP PLEASE!

Hello atsten15,
It sounds like you are able to hear your ringtones but not music from your Music app. I would start by quitting all the running apps on the iPhone:

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that and restart the phone and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If this does not resolve the issue does this happen with all the apps on the device or just the Music app?
