How many GB is 1.7 days of music?

I need to know approximately how many GB that 1.7 days of music is...if you can tell me how many GB one hour of music takes, that's fine too.

This is simple arithmetic provided you know what the average transfer rate/hour is for the connection you would be using. For example, a slow USB rate may run up to 40 GBs/hour. 1.7 days is about 41 hours. So, if you actually averaged 40 GBs/hour, then you could transfer about 1,600 GBs or 1.6 TBs in that time frame.

I must disagree with my friend Kappy. You are surely asking not about USB transfer rates, but about the size of the music files, correct?

Normal music files with 256 kbps encoding (e.g. iTunes Plus) take about 2 MB per minute of music, which is 120 MB for an hour of music.

1.7 days of music will take about 4 GB of music. If you have many files at bitrates other than 256, it may be much higher or lower, probably in the range of 2-10 GB. But it will not by any stretch be terabytes.
