I got sent a itunes gift and i cant find it on the itunes store. Where do I find it?

Thanks for the question. When you receive an iTunes Gift, you’ll receive an email with a button to redeem the gift. You need not navigate the store, but simply click the redemption button. For more information, see this resource:

But if you click the Redeem Now button on email, it says I need to download iTunes, which I already have downloaded. What do?
