Whenever I call my husband on FaceTime, a STRANGER answers!

This happens on iPad, iPhone, or Macbook Pro. I press his name in my contacts, sometimes he answers - sometimes someone else. It calls his apple id which he has reset multiple times. It is always a different person, and they don't know us, or understand why I would be calling their phone. I showed it to a genius in the apple store and they couldn't help me, what is going on???

Check to see if you have an old phone number associated with this person in your address book. When you call someone on Facetime it calls ALL numbers/emails associated with that persons contact sheet! This was my problem, this stranger has my husband's old phone number!
