Hi there people,
Having trouble install photos on a Ipad Air we brough yesterday. Bascily Itunes on the computer is stuck loading. Have attached a screen shot.
This screen comes when you click on the photo tab and just keeps try to load.(all other tabs like video and music work)
I tryed doing it with the Iphone and it worked.
Any Ideas how to fix this? Its like it cant find them or something.

It sounds like you're unable to sync photos to your iPad because the Photos tab keeps spinning. I would use the following troubleshooting to help resolve the issue:
- Ensure that you are syncing the device with the computer with which you normally sync photos.
- Within iTunes, select the device, then select the Photos pane and turn off Photo syncing.
- Sync your device.
Important: This will remove all synced photos from your device.- Disconnect your device and update to the latest version of iTunes.
- Remove your iPod photo cache.
- Connect your device to iTunes.
- Select the device, then select the Photos pane and turn on Photo syncing.
- Sync your device.

What this effectively does is to reset some of your Settings to factory default. It’s not a complete removal of settings. It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy. It doesn’t affect your data. All of your email accounts will remain intact, as well as any SMS text or iMessages.

Thanks for Replying. In the end we had to ring apple. After spending over 4 hours on the phone finaly got it fix. Turned out to be a couple faulty files in the aperture libary. Once removed everything worked 🙂
