May 26, 2014 12:50 PM in response to Argo063by sterling r,Hey there Argo063,
It sounds like you're unable to sync photos to your iPad because the Photos tab keeps spinning. I would use the following troubleshooting to help resolve the issue:
- Ensure that you are syncing the device with the computer with which you normally sync photos.
- Within iTunes, select the device, then select the Photos pane and turn off Photo syncing.
- Sync your device.
Important: This will remove all synced photos from your device. - Disconnect your device and update to the latest version of iTunes.
- Remove your iPod photo cache.
- Connect your device to iTunes.
- Select the device, then select the Photos pane and turn on Photo syncing.
- Sync your device.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
All the very best,
Sterling

May 26, 2014 3:07 PM in response to Argo063by Texas Mac Man,What this effectively does is to reset some of your Settings to factory default. It’s not a complete removal of settings. It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy. It doesn’t affect your data. All of your email accounts will remain intact, as well as any SMS text or iMessages.
