Why is there no Panorama option in my iphone 4s IOS7?

I have read that there is a Panorama option in an iphone 4s with IOS7 but when I checked mine, there is none. How come? Is there something I can do to have it in my phone?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.1

You were misinformed. Panorama feature is not available in the iPhone 4s, only the iPhone 5 and later
